Fitness Tip of the Day:
Recently read a book titled what Successful People Do Before Breakfast (Amazon – http://bit.ly/SuccessBeforeBreakfast )
One of the things they had in common was waking earlier to get their workout or other personal items done. Now you may be saying something along the lines of, “I’m not a morning person”, or “I work late into the evenings” the excuses are a mile wide and only less than an inch deep. You can become who you choose to be, and everyone has a morning depending on their schedules.
Point is…if you wake a tad earlier, get a quick workout in whatever that may be, perhaps read a good book, study some scripture, or other items you want to improve on….the majority of the time you have no other pressing matters to disturb you.
So get up and Punch that Laziness in the FACE!
