Body Beast & Les Mills Combat Hybrid

Okay so my 2 current favorite workouts are Body Beast and Les Mills Combat.  Absolutely love them.  For at home fitness workouts they are phenomenal, and you should defietly check them out…I would recommend that you do Combat then do Body Beast, then tag team them for this hybrid option below! :)

Body Beast / Les Mills Combat Hybrid Schedule

Are you looking to add muscle mass, but still remain mobile and cut?  I wanted to combine two of Beachbody’s most popular workout programs (Body Beast / Les Mills Combat), but still keep it productive for seeing the best results.  I know summer is here, so a lot of people are looking to build upon their muscles, but still pull out the cuts and definition.

Here is a great hybrid schedule to follow that combines the high intensity, martial art style cardio of Les Mills Combat with oldschool lifting of Body Beast.  Depending on your desired results, you would want to stick more toward the Body Beast nutritional needs if you’re looking to build, and Les Mills Combat nutritional plan if you are looking to shred down.  Enjoy, and best of luck.
